Wir sind wütend!! Seit am Mittwoch der Koalitionsvertrag der neuen rot-grünen Regierung veröffentlicht wurde ist klar, dass es mit dem neuen Hamburger Senat keine nennenswerten Verbesserungen für Geflüchtete in Hamburg geben wird. Für zweieinhalb Senatsposten und neue Fahrradwege verraten die Grünen die Idee, dass Geflüchtete gleiche Rechte wie alle Menschen in dieser Stadt haben sollen und lassen die Gruppe Lampedusa in HH in ihrem Kampf um ein kollektives Bleiberecht im Stich. Das ist also davon zu halten, wenn Katharina Fegebank und andere Grüne Geflüchtete ihre „Freunde“ nennen!
Auch weiterhin wird Hamburg selbst in den Wintermonaten abschieben, die Ankündigung eine dezentrale Unterbringung von Geflüchteten zu ermöglichen bleibt extrem vage und minderjährige Flüchtlinge sollen künftig in „geschlossenen Einrichtungen“ eingesperrt werden können. Die Gruppe Lampedusa in Hamburg, die in den letzten zwei Jahren das politische Klima dieser Stadt maßgeblich mitbestimmt hat, wird im Koalitionsvertrag nicht mal erwähnt. Wie schon vor eineinhalb Jahren schlägt der Senat erneut eine Einzelfallprüfung vor und würde das am liebsten auch noch als politische Lösung verkaufen. Die Grünen haben ihre Wahlversprechen gebrochen. Spätestens jetzt muten ihre flüchtlingspolitischen Forderungen, angesichts dessen wie leichtfertig sie aufgegeben wurden, wie billiger Stimmenfang an. Hinter der mündlichen Solidarisierung mit den Geflüchteten, die sich ein würdigeres Leben erhoffen, steckte am Ende wohl nur Wahlkampfkalkül.
Gleichzeitig finden in letzter Zeit wieder vermehrt rassistische Kontrollen auf St Pauli statt. Menschen werden, offensichtlich auf Grund ihrer Hautfarbe, von der Polizei aufgefordert sich auszuweisen. Auf Bundesebene steht eine Asylrechtsverschlechterung an, wie es sie seit den 90ern nicht mehr gab. Unter anderem soll es nach dem Willen von de Maiziere&Co viel leichter gemacht werden Menschen in Abschiebehaft zu stecken. Der strukturelle Rassismus der staatlichen Institutionen tritt hier offen zu Tage.
Das sind viel zu viele Gründe um wütend zu sein!!! Wir wollen uns nicht wegducken…die Forderungen, für die am 31.Januar 8000 Menschen auf die Straße gegangen sind haben nichts an ihrer Wichtigkeit verloren! Auch weiterhin stehen wir für gleiche Rechte für alle ein! Jetzt erst recht: Recht auf Stadt kennt keine Grenzen!
Kommt zur 14.00 Uhr – Demo am ersten Mai! Lasst uns laut werden und unseren Unmut ausdrücken: Über die Ignoranz gegenüber der täglichen Situation Geflüchteter und dem permanenten Rassismus, dem unzählige Menschen in diesem Land ausgesetzt sind! Lasst uns dem neu gewählten Senat zeigen, dass sich diese Themen nicht einfach aussitzen lassen. Refugees Welcome!

+++SPD and Green Party ignore refugees: we are angry!! Come to the demonstration on 1st may!+++
We are angry!! Since the the new red-green government published its coalition treaty on wednesday it is obvious that there won’t be any real improvements from the new senate in Hamburg. For two and a half appointments into the senate and new bicycle paths the Greens betray the idea that refugees should have the same rights as everybody in this city. They let down the group Lampedusa in HH and their struggle for a collective right to stay. So this is what it looks like when Katharina Fegebank and other members of the greens call refugees their “friends”!
They won’t stop the deportations, even not in the winter months. Their notice that they want to realize a decentral accomodation of refugees is extremely vague and in future it will be possible to lock up minor refugees.The group “Lampedusa in Hamburg”, which strongly influenced the political climate of the city for the last two years is not even mentioned in the coalition treaty. As one and a half years ago the senate suggests an individual assesment and claim that this is a political solution. The Greens reneged the promises they did during their election campaign. Now (at the latest) their demands on refugee policies look like a shabby try to catch votes for the elections. Instead of a real solidarity with refugees, who hope for a better life, it seems like a pure tactical move.
At the same time racist police controls in St Pauli are increasing again. Obviously just because of the colour of their skin, cops stop people and ask them for their papers. Nationwide a new worsening of the asylum law is planned. As worse as we didn’t have it since the 90ties. De Maiziere, the minister of the interior wants to make it much more easier to put refugees into deportation jails. The structural racism of the institutions of the state is cropping out.
These are too many reasons to be outraged!!! We don’t want to hide away…the demands that were held up by 8000 people on the 31st of january are still as important as they were! We will continue to stand up for equal rights for all! Now more than ever: Right to the city knows no borders!
Come to the 2pm-demonstration on 1st of may! Let’s get loud and let’s express our rage: That the daily situation of refugees ist still ignored! That racism, which affects so many people every day, is still ongoing! Let us show the new senate that they can not wait out these topics. Refugees welcome!!
