Was geht? Am 31. Januar diesen Jahres waren wir zu Tausenden auf der Straße. Gemeinsam haben wir demonstriert — für gleiche Rechte für alle, die in dieser Stadt leben.
Wir haben deutlich gemacht, dass wir in unseren Kämpfen um Wohnraum, gegen Ausbeutung in der Arbeit und für gerechte soziale Bedingungen Seite an Seite stehen mit denjenigen, denen die elementarsten Rechte abgesprochen werden: mit denen, die in unwürdigen Verhältnissen in Lagern leben müssen, denen das Recht auf medizinische Versorgung abgesprochen und der Zugang zu Bildung und Ausbildung verwehrt wird, denen es verboten ist legal zu arbeiten — so wie der Gruppe Lampedusa in Hamburg. Gemeinsam kämpfen wir für unser Recht auf Stadt, unser Recht auf ein gutes Leben. Gemeinsam bilden wir die solidarische Stadt, von unten. Wir unterlaufen eure Gesetze, wir wohnen zusammen, wir geben medizinische Versorgung ohne nach Papieren zu fragen, wir organisieren uns als Geflüchtete und kämpfen für unsere Rechte.
Was uns dabei im Weg steht? Die Menschenverachtung derer, die immer noch Gesetze schaffen und auslegen, um Leute abzuschrecken und unsichtbar zu machen, anstatt sie willkommen zu heißen. Daher haben wir Bedingungen formuliert: Wir wollen gleiche soziale Rechte für alle – würdiges Wohnen, medizinische Versorgung, Arbeitserlaubnisse und das Recht zu bleiben.
Am 1. Mai sehen wir uns alle wieder auf der Straße. Auch der neue rot-grüne Senat wird weiter abschieben, die Ankündigung einer dezentralen Unterbringung von Geflüchteten bleibt extrem vage und minderjährige Geflüchtete sollen künftig in einer eigenen „geschlossenen Einrichtung“ eingesperrt werden können. Die Gruppe Lampedusa in Hamburg wird im Koalitionsvertrag nicht mal erwähnt. Wie schon vor eineinhalb Jahren schlägt der Senat erneut eine Einzelfallprüfung vor und würde das am liebsten auch noch als politische Lösung verkaufen. Die Grünen haben ihre Wahlversprechen gebrochen. Spätestens jetzt muten ihre flüchtlingspolitischen Forderungen wie billiger Stimmenfang an. Für unsere Vision einer Stadt für alle vertrauen wir letztendlich allein auf die Kraft unserer Solidarität. Auch das wollen wir an diesem Tag deutlich machen und auf die Straße bringen.
Geht gar nicht! Während in Hamburg bislang noch nicht einmal der bestehende gesetzliche Rahmen zugunsten der Geflüchteten ausgeschöpft wird, plant die Bundesregierung diesen Sommer die Gesetze weiter drastisch zu verschärfen. Die Folgen wären: Noch mehr Menschen, die illegalisiert werden, noch mehr rassistische Kontrollen und eine massive Ausweitung von Abschiebehaft. Wir werden das nicht akzeptieren.
Hamburger Senat – we are watching you! Wir fordern weiterhin eine kollektive Lösung für Lampedusa in Hamburg. Wir sind immer noch da, und wir kämpfen für unsere Rechte!
Bundesregierung – unsere Verachtung für eure menschenverachtende Politik. Gesetzesvorlage zurückziehen!

What´s up? On the 31st of January, thousands of people took to the streets. Together, we rallied for equal rights for everybody living in this city.
We made it very clear that we, in our struggle for housing, for better social conditions, and against the exploitation of workers, stand side by side with all people who are denied basic human rights. With the people, who have to face the unbearable conditions in the refugee camps on a daily basis, who are denied medical treatment and who are denied the right to work and to a decent education – like the group “Lampedusa in Hamburg”. Together, we are fighting for our right to the city, for our right to a good life and for an open, solidarity-based city. We undermine your laws, we live together, we organize medical treatment without asking for papers or health insurance and we organize ourselves as refugees to fight for our rights.
So what is in our way to achieve our goals? It is the misanthropy of the government, which still makes laws to discourage refugees instead of welcoming them. That is why we demand social rights for all – good housing, medical treatment, work permits and the right to stay for everybody.
On the first of may we will take to the streets again. As we now have learned, the new senate will continue to deport people, their announcement of decentralized accommodation for refugees remains vague and unclear. Refugees under the age of eighteen can be locked up in a special closed facility from now on, according to the plans of the new senate and the group “Lampedusa in Hamburg” is not even mentioned in the coalition agreement of the SPD and the green party. Once again, the senate prefers to decide on every single case rather than agree to a solution for the whole group and even tries to sell that as a political solution. The green party broke their promises made before the election, as we expected. Their demands for refugee rights were just lies to catch more votes. This shows us that for our vision of a city for everybody we can only trust in the power of our solidarity and not in politicians, which we will make clear on May 1st
No Way! While the senate in Hamburg doesn´t use its power to help refugees, the federal government of Germany plans to tighten the laws for refugees even more this summer. The consequences: More illegalized people, more racist police controls and a massive expansion of detention centers. We won´t accept that!
Hamburg senate – we are watching you! We still demand a collective solution for the group “Lampedusa in Hamburg”. We are still here and we are still fighting for our rights.
Federal government – We reject your inhuman policy. Take back these inhuman new laws!

Le 31.1. de cette année on était des milles dans la rue. On a manifesté pour les droits de tous qui vivent dans cette ville. On a déclaré qu´on lutte
avec ceux, à qui on a pris les droits fondamentaux,
avec ceux, qui vivent sous des conditions inacceptables,
avec ceux, qui n´ont ni Sécurité sociale ni accès à la culture,
avec ceux qui n´ont pas le droit de travailler et avec les membres du groupe Lampedusa.
Nous tous, nous luttons pour des logements, pour des conditions sociales justes et contre l´exploitation dans le secteur du travail. Ensembles, nous luttons pour nos droits dans la ville et pour notre droit à mener une bonne vie. Ensemble, nous construisons une ville solidaire.
Nous contournons vos lois! Nous habitons ensembles, nous donnons une aide médicale sans demander des papiers et nous nous organisons pour le combat de nos droits.
Obstacles
Ce qui nous fait obstacle c´est la mépris de ceux qui font et servent les lois. Ce sont ceux, qui essaient d´intimider les gens et de les rendre invisibles, au lieu de bien les recevoir. C´est pourquoi on a formulé les conditions suivantes :
Nous exigeons des droits sociaux pour tous !
Nous exigeons un logement digne, une aide médicale, le droit de travailler et le droit de rester.
Manifestons
Le 1. mai nous nous rencontrons dans les rues.
Le nouveau gouvernement rouge/vert d´Hambourg va continuer de renvoyer des réfugiés. L´annonce d´un logement non central reste vague. Il sera possible d´interner des réfugiés mineurs dans des logements fermés. Le groupe de Lampedusa n´a même pas été mentionné dans le contrat de ce gouvernement. Comme, il y a 1 ½ ans, le Sénat propose de vérifier chaque réfugié individuel. Les Verts ont rompu leurs promesses d´élection. Ils voulaient simplement nos votes. Pour notre vision de la ville nous pouvons seulement faire confiance en notre force et solidarité.
Inacceptable
Le gouvernement allemand veut renforcer dramatiquement les lois concernant les réfugiés. Les conséquences en seraient encore plus de personnes dans l´illégalité, encore plus de contrôles racistes et de rétentions aux fins de refoulement. Nous n´allons pas l´accepter !
Sénat d´Hamburg – we are watching you – ! Nous continuons à exiger une solution collective pour le groupe Lampedusa. Nous sont toujours là et luttons pour nos droits. Gouvernement allemand : Notre mépris pour votre politique dédaignieuse ! Reprenez cette proposition de loi !
