Am 16.10. soll im Bundesrat die neue Asylrechtsverschärfung verabschiedet werden. Der rot-grüne Senat will dem Angriff auf die Rechte und die Menschenwürde der Flüchtlinge zustimmen: der Absenkung der Sozialleistungen unter das vom Bundesverfassungsgericht definierten Existenzminimum, der Verlängerung der Zwangsunterbringung in Erstaufnahmelagern, der Erweiterung der Liste “sicherer Herkunftsstaaten” – das heißt der totalen Entrechtung der Roma.
Wir sind wütend über diese restriktiven und rassistischen Pläne!
Das wollen wir nicht ungehindert geschehen lassen!
Gemeinsam wollen wir ein Zeichen setzen: NEIN zur Asylrechtsverschärfung!

On 16th October the senate of Hamburg plans to vote for the new asylum worsening. This is an offense against the rights and the dignity of all refugees. The government plans to lower the social benefits under the minimum of existance. This is clearly against the judgement of the Bundesverfassungsgericht (highest court). Furthermore they plan to extend the time refugees have to stay in their first mass accomodations. And they plan to declare more countries to be so called “safe countries of origin”. This means they deny to protect the Roma-people against the systematical discrimination on the Balkan.
Therefore we say NO to the worsening of the asylum law!

For a life in self-determination for all! Solidarity must become political!
Wir fordern für alle Menschen unabhängig von ihrem Pass: Bewegungsfreiheit und Bleiberecht! eine menschenwürdige Unterbringung! Freien Zugang zu Bildung, medizinischer Versorgung und Arbeit!
